Can you please give us more details about your server hardware setup?
If you open the device manager, are any of items have a yellow exclamation
mark?

Dear Support :
I have a problem with our sbs server, our server sbs2003 , have plug usb
storage device
on daily, in recent, the system cannot recognize the usb storage device
even printer are also cannot recognize
now when I plug usb storage device , no error / unkownn device shown
appear, and also univeral serial bus controllers also have not show device
name,
Therefore, can i clean / uninsall all usb device (include printer /
storage device) manually in system (even I have not plug those usb
device). So system can recognize the usb device again
pls advise
