I have a client pc connection to a remote server. I put in my username and
password which takes me to icon screen, where I used to be able to click on
my e-mail or customer services icon to open them. But now, I get a hand
pointer, as usual, but it will not open anything. The link has been tested,
and works fine, by the host server so I believe that the problem is from my
laptop. I have tried disabling my anti-virus and firewall with no luck, and I
am not aware of any changes I have made to my laptop's configuration. I
attempted to do a system restore, but disabling my anti-virus wiped restore
points out. Any ideas please?
