Hi Peggy,

Thanks for your post and others' advice.

I am not sure if you have tried the steps listed in the KB articles that
Merv has provided yesterday. If not, please check these articles carefully
espcially the KB947532. I have quoted Merv's reply as below:

Error message when you open a Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in
after you install Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 or Windows Small
Business Server 2003 R2 Technologies: "MMC has detected an error in a
snap-in"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947532

Error message in ISA Server 2004: "MMC encountered an error with the
snap-in Microsoft ISA Server 2004"
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;913785

Warning message when you install MMC 3.0 and you are running SQL Server
2000 Analysis Services: "MMC has detected an error in a snap-in."
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/915091/EN-US/

Hope this helps.

Thank you, Robin.
I have studied this and for our software and issue it tells me to install
service pack 2, which was already done. I have Windows SBS 2003 standard
edition. I have enclosed a more detailed copy of error messages below:

MMC and Exchange Errors:

- Exchange has detected that "C:/Windows/system 32/MAPI32.dLL" is not the
correct version required to run Exchange System Manager or Exchange Server
2003. This may cause failures in Exchange System Manager, affect availability
of your server, or both. See kb Q266418.

MMC could not create the snap-in name: Exchange System
CLSID: {1B600AEA-10BA-11D2-9F28-00C04FA37610}

-Also, the one I originally sent - MMC has detected error in a snap-in. It
is recommended that you shut down and restart MMC

Thank you for your help!
