Other options include forwarding the email directly to the new contact or to
a Public Folder.

Hi,
We have SBS 2003 Premium. I was wondering if there is a way to send a
custom
message whenever external senders e-mail a former employee. Something like
"This recipient is no longer a <Company Name> employee. Please contact
<e-mail address> if you need assistance"
I'm currently using Recipient Filter to filter messages sent to recipients
that are not in the directory. Is this the best way to accomplish this?
Any
way to customize the message?
