Robert
Please help me understand the steps, if you could break it down a bit,
I am a user and cannot find the files you mention.
I get a message that two NICS are operating and disable one, but there
are not two nics on the client or the server. I did disable wirless and
did the step you mentioned, step 2, the best I could.
I could not get through step one, a bit uncertain how to do what you
suggest and I could not find the files.
'Robert Li [MSFT Wrote:

Please take the following steps:
Step 1: Copy the nshelp.dll from the server
(%systemroot%\Inetpub\ConnectComputer) to the client computer
(%windir%\Downloaded Program Files).
Create a folder named as Clients (%sbsprogramdir%\Clients) at the
client
computer and copy the NetSetup.chm, sbsart.chm, sbsshared.chm,
server.txt,
and usermap.txt from the server (http://ServerName/ConnectComputer) to
the
folder. Then try again.
Step 2: Some NIC has hardware based TCP checksum function. However, due
to
the driver compatibility issue, the OS may still perform TCP
verification
even when the TCP checksum off-loading is enabled on the NIC. In that
case,
the TCP package could be corrupted.
Here, I suggest you check the settings of the client NIC. Please open
the
NIC properties. Do you see any TCP checksum offload settings in the
NIC
advanced configuration window? If so, please disable the checksum
offload
and then reboot the server. What's the result is?
