SSL server created request not working

I have aSBS 2003 R2 Standard server i just rebuilt the OS. I went to reissue
our SSL 123 cert from Thawte and ran into a wierd problem. I go to IIS
manager, right clikc the default web site, select direcory security, cick on
server certificate button, select create a new certificate. i open the
certificate file and copy the contents and then paste them into the CSR
request from Thawte. The server at Thawte says i do not have a valid state.
I have done this at least a hundred times and never had this problem. i went
to one of my other SBS servers that i manage and copied the Cert request i
created a couple of weeks ago and tested it at Thawte and it works. I went
back and looked at the cert request that is not working using notepad and
noticed that there are about 50 capital A's in the middle of the certificate.
This does not seem normal to me.

Any help will be appreciated.
