Thanks for all your help.
We are up and running correctly.

You can just "disable" the second NIC in server..
If the problematic workstation is getting that IP (192.168.5.22), you can
issue an ipconfig /release from a command line and then reboot the
workstation to see if it picks up an IP address from the server. I assume
you've changed the LAN side of the router from 192.168.5.x to 192.168.1.x to
match the IP range for hte SBS network. The LAN side of the router, all
workstations and the SBS server should be using 192.168.1.x as an ip range.
You're going to need to join that workstation to the SBS domain by using
ConnectComputer. Also, make sure that workstation does not have Internet
Connection Sharing (ICS) enabled.

I will correct the DNS Server setting.
Do I need to delete the unused NIC or just disable it?
Also, the workstation that is not connecting, pings as 192.168.5.22. It
has
been set to automatically obtain its ip address. It can also access the
internet, but not the network.

Your SBS NIC still has the router IP address (192.168.1.1) as the DNS
server. This should be the IP address of the SBS server itself
(192.168.1.10). And disable that second NIC in the SBS server. As
before,
I reference the following MS KB article (under Configurations: Internal
or
single network adapter configuration)
How to configure Internet access in Windows Small Business Server 2003
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;825763
SBS NIC configuration should be ...
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.10
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1 (or <blank>)
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.10
Primary WINS Server . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.10
Then use your ISP's DNS nameserver IP addresses as "forwarders" (per the
instructions in the KB article above). Then re-run CEICW, reboot the
workstations and see if they can get to the Internet.

Did you go from a 2 NIC setup at the old location to a single NIC
setup
at
teh new location?
And it appears that you're not following the steps in the article I
mentioned about setting up the SBS server. DNS on the SBS NIC should
point
to the IP of the SBS only (192.168.1.10, no other entries):

disable

The DHCP Server service is started.

Although it shouldn't matter, for now plug them all into the
switch.
Just
plug the switch into one of the 4 available ports on the router and
everything else into the switch. (I'm assuming you're staying with
a
single
NIC configuration in your SBS).

So no workstations should be plugged directly into the router.
Is that right?
"Merv Porter [SBS-MVP]" wrote:
Yep, since you have a switch, plug the switch into a router port
and
then
plug the SBS server into a port on the switch along with all the
other
workstations.

"Connect the SBS server NIC to a port on the wired router and
re-run CEICW."
I trust the Switch will still need to be plugged into one of
the
ports
on
the router.

OK, let's look at that "wireless router" that was on the home
network
before
you staerted this adventure. What make/model is it and who

Service provider?
Do you have a switch in the mix or are there enough free
ports
on
the
wireless router to accomodate all required wired connections
for
the
"new"
network workstations?
Reconfigure the network according to (SBS single NIC
configuration):

Turn off DHCP on the wireless router (and ICS on any of the
workstations,
if
it's on). Connect the SBS server NIC to a port on the wired
router
and
re-run CEICW. Reboot the workstations and the SBS server and
then
post
an
ipconfig /all for one (wired) workstation and for the SBS
server
itself.
