Reseat all connectors to the motherboard and the disks. Disk you run
"chkdsk /r" onthe primary disk? If the primary disk checks out OK, I'd
start looking at the disk controller for problems.

Server has two hard drives ( inherited and addressing this particular
problem )
Second HDD failed, removed and put in another HDD.
1st HDD is dynamic not looking for failed HDD.
2nd HDD is dynamic and will mirror 'D' Data, and 'E' Exchange.
When I try to mirror C drive it gets to 20% then system is still working
but main hard drive says online but online (errors) message and no C
drive mirror. I have an exclamation on main drive and right mouse click
all that is showing is ' reactivate disk ; which I do and exclamation is
gone and online ( errors ) disappears also.
Ran chkdsk on HDD and no errors reported ?
