Re: HELP!! Companyweb, Monitoring, etc. not working

Thanks Les and Cliff for looking at this for me. The Trend product is
Client/Server/Messaging suite for SMB. I didn't think about the firewall,
but I'll try disabling all my custom rules and see if that helps. I was
fiddling around in there a little last night, so that could be the ticket.
Sometimes I HATE ISA! Any other ideas if that doesn't help?

I have a client that is on SBS 2003 Premium/ISA 2004 fully patched except
for the latest updates. They didn't report in this morning. I checked the
SBS console and the Monitoring page says page cannot be displayed. The
backup page is listed this way as well. In addition, I am unable to get
the companyweb or the SharePoint Central Administration page or any of
the other sites (connectcomputer, exchange, etc.). They also display page
cannot be displayed with Cannot find server or DNS Error. In addition, I
have Trend installed on this client server and the web page for it will
not come up. All the services that should be running are working fine.
There is nothing in the event logs that is helpful (no errors to speak
of). The Companyweb and Default Web sites are running and are configured
properly with host header values for the company web but nothing in the
Default Web site as well as the correct ASP version. The IP addresses in
the web sites look correct (I'm comparing this stuff to a server that is
working properly). I've tried IISRESET and reran the CEICW. I have
Internet access, it's just the internal sites that appear to be a
problem. When I do a nslookup on companyweb it returns the correct values
for the server. I don't think any changes have been made to the server
recently.

Any suggestions would be appreciated,

Lesa
