Argggggg!!!!!!!!!!!.
Apologies........ am having one of those days.
Just checked Exchange version and SP2 is already on there (did this last
year I think to actually get mobile clients working properly).
Shows as 6.5 Build 7638.2 Service Pack 2
Yes, I know, should have checked this first.
Am going home early and will take aspirin.

Exchange SP2 needs to be installed before Server SP2, it says it in the
installation notes ( who reads them...lol)
Cant remeber seing issues with remote users and Exchange SP2 but not
installing exchange sp2 before server sp2 caused us issues with remote users
as CEICW wouldn't complete properly.
Search this group ( via web ) and will find issue.
