wierd thing with fonts in management console

hi,

does anyone know why the fonts in my management consoles are so small?

im on SBS2003, all service packs installed

in group policy management, and you go to settings, it's like the fonts are
in 6 point font-cant even read them.

in server management, anything in the right pane (like "Add/Manage user
accounts" under "USERS" is also in a very small font...

how can i fix this?
