At standard 4KB cluster sizes, just under 16TB per volume (partition), and you can have multiple volumes on a single logical drive.

Note that you'd have to be using dynamic or GPT disks to use volume sizes above 2TB as the traditional MBR with 4 partitions only supports partition sizes up to 2TB.
