The supported solutions for virtulization with SBS 2k (when it becomes available) have not been announced yet

Dear all,
I am thinking about purchasing a fairly good Dell server, and install
below systems all on this server
- SBS2K8 Premium (or SBS2K3 R2), this is the production server for our
small firm, (only a few users)
- Vista Business, this is my own daily working system
- XP Pro, this is the testing system to run my lab testings
- XP Pro, this is the accounting system for the accountant's remote
access
Here is the questions
1. I am putting all eggs in one basket, is this a good idea? If one
system is in trouble, will it affect others?
2. What virtualization software is the best for this situation?
Thanks a lot!
jack
