WSUS 3.0

I'm trying to install WSUS 3.0 on my Windows Small Business Server 2003
Premium R2 server. However, the Release Notes for WSUS 3.0 says that if the
Default Web Site in SBS has "IP address and domain name restrictions"
configured, then the product just won't work.

I checked my Default Web Site configuration, and indeed IP address and
domain name restrictions are set to allow only traffic originating from my
LAN interface and Local Host.

How do I correctly configure this so that I can use WSUS 3.0?
