Moving SBS 2003 to new server

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I have an existing server that needs to be retired. I wish to move the existing installation onto a new server and retire the old. How do I best do this so that I keep my AD intact? I don't want to reload all the users, passwords and user access privileges if I can possibly help it.

Much obliged

Maurice
