SBS 2008 installed, what's next?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I've installed SBS on one test server. What should I start next (any
existing admin guide?) to setup all features like POP3 Connector, etc etc...
Or should I follow Management console and setup all non-finished items...
