This is more of a configuration issue with a WM6 phone (Motorola Q via
Verizon). I have the phone Activsyncing over the air to my Exchange. All
works great including pulling down my entire address book from Exchange. My
question is having the phone recognize an incoming number and displaying the
appropriate name (instead of just the number) that is matched up in the
address book/contact list. e.g. John Doe as phone numbers for Home, Work
and Cell in his contact. When a call comes in from John Doe's Home number I
want the phone to display "John Doe". What it is displaying is just the
incoming number on the caller ID without the name. If I have a contact with
only 1 number (e.g. just a Home number) then the name displays. It's like
the phone doesn't know what to do with a contact having multiple numbers.
I know it's stupid but I miss the convenience and really want to use the
Outlook contact list to its limit. Any thoughts?

I know this is not the corret forum but I don't know where to go. I

SBS/Exchange connections. Where can I go to ask questions?
