Adam, that sounds like a DNS problem. Please check that this station gets its DNS from the SBS, and only the SBS.
Also, is the SBS the DHCP server for the LAN?
If you need more help, please post back the unedited results of:
ipconfig /all > c:\iptest.txt
from both the server and the station.
There are other possibilities, such as this user or computer being in the "wrong" OU or this user not being part of the security groups that are assigned to the users shared folders, but I think that is less likely that DNS.

Sorry this was an individual computer probem. All others computers are fine.

I have recently moved the Users Shared Folders on my SBS2003 box and followed
the instructions in the article posted by microsoft named
SBS_MoveDataFolders.DOC and everything originally looked ok. I did this
yesterday morning when all the users were logged in. This morning when the
users try to login they log in ok and it sits on the applying networks
settings screen for ages. One computer was sitting there for 15 mins. I know
I should have set the Users Shared Folders to D:\ when I originally setup the
server but I dont want to reinstall the software again. I have SQL Server
2005 loaded running our accounting system and it will cost money to get
someone to come and setup the databases again so any help on solving why the
users are having problems logging in that would be great.
