Re: Stop users being able to RDP to DC

As Les correctly says, that is NOT the default. You need to run the Change User Permissions Wizard.

Open the Server Management console. Click Users. In the left pane, click Change User Permissions. Select Mobile User Template, or User Template, and make sure the Replace Any Previous Permissions is selected. In the next page, select the users to apply the change to, and complete the wizard.

My current setup allows users within the AD to RDP to the DC. This is
something I would rather prevent, but this setup seems to be default and
I cannot work out how to stop this.
Can someone help me out to remove the ability to RDP to the DC from a
user assigned to login to the domain.

Realistically I just want users to be able to login to the domain and
use shared resources but nothing else for now.

Any help would be apreciated.
