WSUS and ASP version

greetings,
I posted this about 2 weeks ago and through some of my own research I think
I have discovered why my WSUS 3.0 console has broken but I do not know how to
fix it.
The console shows the update services and the server name. Then it show
connect to server node. nothing happens a funky error message.
I believe that the error is in IIS.
Under Website--> Properties-->ASP tab the default is ASP 1.1.4322 (greyed out)
Under the same for default website it is ASP 2.0.50727.
Under WSUS Administration it is ASP 1.1.4322 (greyed out).
How do I chnage one specific web site's ASP.NET version.
When I try to change the default my third party time tracking too breaks.
Right now the Monitoring and reporting web page "Server application not
available"
I have an interesting error 1062: "It is not possible to run two different
versions of ASP.NET in the same IIS process. Please use the IIS
Administration tool to reconfigure your server to run the application in a
separate process."
How do I do that?
