Re: Having some problems with email

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Yup, Under tools- Message tracking logs.

If their not turned on, turn them on in server properties for 7 daysish, then send some mails from the webmail to your domain

Thanks Matt. I'll check the logs and see what I can find. I never had to
check the logs before. Are those in the system manager for exchange?

Ok,

Sorry for the confusion.

Look through your exchange tracking logs and see if the email is coming from
the webmail service to your exchange server.

From my googling it sounds like it is a problem with the webmail. If it is
getting there, Check any Spam Service on the exchange server as it could
(possibly) be being blocked there

Best bet would be to contact the webmails support service and see if they
check their logs to see exactly where the email is getting returned.
