Thanks, Joe. Clients are not always rationale. Do you have any ideas on how
to solve this? Because otherwise some people will see there's a response and
figure that I'm getting some help.

I wouldn't have thought it was worth a lot of effort if using the full
hostname always works. I dare say your clients are busy people, but how
much of your time is worth the saving of four characters for sites without
bookmarks?
