RE: iPhone 3G won't Sync with Exchange

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Regarding iPhone won't sync with Exchange server on SBS server, first, I'd
like to confirm that

1. Do you have Windows Mobile powered device besides iPhone? If you have,
can it sync properly with SBS 2003 server?
2. Have you tried access OWA via Safari? Does that work?

According to the following articles, we can see the process of syncing is
similar with normal syncing. Base on my current understanding, the
configuration on server side is no difference from Windows Mobile based
device. So if other device works fine to sync, we can eliminate the issue
in server side, and the issue may related to iPhone settings.

Regarding how to set Active sync settings in iPhone, you can refer to the
following article.
