Hi PaulS,
The BindToDHCPServer with value of 1 indicates this interface binds to the
DHCP server. Even though a interface without the BindToDHCPServer registry
key will binds to the DHCP server by default, it is recommended that you
restore the key with value of 1.
I look into the Network trace log and confirm the server never receive any
DHCP request packets from the clients. Please have try to replace a switch
even plugging a client directly to the SBS server with the cross over cable.
