Hello,
APplied the Reserverdport changes with no improvement.
Is there a download location for ISA 2004 or do I need to purchase it.
Seems strange I would need to purchase a program when it was broken besause
of the SP download from MSFT.
Please advise.

Hello Mike,
Thank you for your post.
Many thanks for Cris's input too.
Please allow me to confirm that my understandings are correct. As I
understand it, the issue is:
After installing the Exchange 2003 SP2 on the SBS server, you cannot get
any of 3 servers (2 - SBS 1 - 2003) to successfully sync via Mobile
Activesync from PDA's.
If I have misunderstood your concerns please feel free to let me know.
Before we go further, I would like to confirm:
1. Have you tried other smartphone/PDA to sync with the SBS server? Have
you installed ISA server on the SBS server?
2. Besides from the SBS server, how about sync the PDA via ActiveSync with
your desktop/laptop computer? Does it still work?
3. Can you use the OMA(Outlook Mobile Access) from the PDA to access your
mailbox now?
If some users cannot synchronize their devices, but others can, check the
following:
¡¤ On the Exchange Features tab of the user account properties dialog,
ensure that all mobile services are set to Enabled.
¡¤ Ensure that the device has Internet access by browsing to a Web site
from the device.
¡¤ Some carriers require a SIM update to use data service. Check with your
mobile operator for any such requirements.
¡¤ Ensure that the time and time zone is set properly on the device.
¡¤ Some devices cache the IP address of DNS names. If your server uses a
dynamic IP address in conjunction with Internet services such as
DynDNS.org, you may need to reset the device if your IP address changes.
¡¤ If you are using Smartphones, you may have to use a third-party
certificate from a trusted CA. Many Smartphones cannot use a self-signed
certificate. However, all Pocket PC devices can use a self-signed
certificate, so they can work without a third-party certificate.
At the same time, please double check the firewall installed on the SBS
server in any, also check if the certificate is corrected installed if
required.
For your reference, here I have some documents about how to deploy Windows
Mobile 5.0 and 6.0 in SBS 2003 environment:

If issue persists, please help me collect some information for further
investigation:
Information Need
==============
1. Check event viewer on the SBS server for related information, if there
are anything related "Updating service", please help save it to *.evt and
send to me at v-robmen@xxxxxxxxxxxxx .
2. If possible, please write down the exact error message or error code on
the mobile device there is any, like 0x8XXXXXX and let me know.
Hope this helps. Also, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not
hesitate to let me know.
Thank you for your time and cooperation.
Best regards,
Robbin Meng(MSFT)
