Probably flagged as spam because your DNS reverse lookup is missing or
wrong. Are you getting a lot of your sent emails marked as spam?

Either way, if it's just basic authentication for SMTP, Exchange

It's on the outbound connections tab.
You are going to have a problem if they require SSL. 465 is a
common port to do SSL/SMTP on. Exchange doesn't do that, so you
may be looking for another service for outbout email. I take it
this is not a business class connection, right?
