sorry, not following - the remote site has a dynamic IP, the server is static. The internal IP has not changed, the external changes on a regular basis.

Chris, thanks for the quick response -
Port 443 was being forwarded, I added port 444. I will have to wait for a
reply from the site to see if that made any difference.
However, since other remote sites are connecting without any issues, I have
to question if this will make any difference. It is only the one remote
site that can no longer see the Companyweb since changing out their DSL
modem. It also works if the modems are switched back. I am guessing there
is a setting on the modem/router that is causing the problem, just clueless
on what setting that might be.

Please insure that Ports 443 and Ports 444 are being forwarded to the SBS
Nic IP in the router setup

SBS 2003 R2 Standard, single NIC -
I have a remote site (single PC) that has been using a VPN connection to
the home office SBS server for years without any issues.
However, since changing out their old router with a new Westell 7500, things
are no longer working as expected.
They can still create a VPN connection. They can logon and have connections
to files and email via Outlook. However, when they attempt make any
connections from within IE (CompanyWeb, OWA, RWW), even after establishing a
VPN connection, they are taken to a a Verizon home page. I assume the issue
is with a setting within the router, but have been unable to find anything
obvious.
Any thoughts?
