You secondary disk must be at least as large as the primary disk and
unallocated. Even though both disks are labeled as "250 GB", one might be
slightly smaller than the other. This can cause problems and is why it's
best to use drives from the same manufacturer and model number.

the option cretae a mirror is not available, even after i convert it to
dynamic disk...
can you help me?is there any other tools that i can use tomake the
mirroring?
