You don't have to do anything special for this - just let the second user log into the PC normally, and when they do, a profile will be created on that PC.
There are a couple of things to watch out for - for example, if users need to be in the Power Users or Administrators group, you'll need to do that manually. Plus whatever profile-specific settings need to be created (Outlook profile, IE home page, etc).

I'm sorry to bother with such a dumb question that is probly right under my nose:
I can't seem to assign a newly created user account to a workstation already joined to the domain. I want to assign the new account to a workstation to which another user is already assigned in order to login. Any light shed on this would be really appreciated.
