Hi,
Thanks for writing back to me with the troubleshooting results.
From the log, I understand you didn't receive the expected warning messageand also got another error stating "There is no ennough space on the
disk...".
After checking the backup log, the Access Denied issue still persists with
same error message.
However, before we go further, please allow me confirm with you:
1. If you have completely finished trying the steps in step 1? If not,
please check it carefully because it just meet the same symptoms as our
issue.
Quarantined virus files are skipped and your backup reports a failed status
on your Windows Small Business Server 2003-based computer
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/888035/en-us
2. Since lacking of disk space may also cause this issue, please run disk
cleanup tool to clear unnecessary temp files and temporary Internet files
as I have indicated in my step 2 in last post.
Let's temporarily skip the step 3 to take ownership C drive and make sure
you have successfully performed Step 1 and 2. Also, please let me know if
you can use SBS backup wizard to perform a single backup e.g. a small file
or folder?
Thank you for your time and cooperation
Best regards,
