Re: RDC To some pc's

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

There might have been a recent update that reset the Remote Desktop
setting.

Control Panel > System > Remote tab
Is that Remote Desktop checkbox checked? If not, check it and try
again

Just for grins, check the Windows Firewall and see if 3389 (Remote
Desktop) exception is allowed. Check that on any other firewall
software that might be running on those affected desktops, too.
(Norton and McAfee are notorious for "resetting" the firewall
settings)

good luck

Hi.  I have a problem that came up about two days ago with RDC to certain
pc's.  I have been running SBS2003 SP2, OWA, RWW with out a hitch.  Then all
of a sudden RDC to certain pc's won't work.  Get Error: " Client could not
connect, too busy, network problems, try again later" in short.  I can RDC
locally and publicly (WAN) to the SERVER and a COUPLE of pc's through RWW..
This tells me the router is still configured properly with ports and such..  I
can ping server from trouble pc's and visa versa.  What in the world could
have happened or changed?  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
