The reverse DNS record is host in your public DNS ISP, but not the setting
on SBS. Therefore you need to call Embarq for help.

However, based on my test, your reverse DNS record is good. Please confirm
it with Embarq.

I still assume this issue happened because the AOL has blocked your IP
address in some lists. Please confirm it with AOL.

Note: During testing on your MX record, I find your Exchange is not
available sometimes. Do you often restart your SBS? If not, please contact
your ISP to confirm that your Internet connection is stable.

Thanks for the info, looks like i have to add a entry for reverse dns, i
guess i will have to contact embarq for that ? or is that a setting in the
