I will test these settings shortly.
2 short notes:
The SSL cert is registered to mail.aoitconsulting.com not www.aoitconsulting.com
If I do want to setup a test account for my server, how do you want
the credentials posted, to the newsgroup or email?
Thank you,
John

Hello John,
Thank you for your post and also thanks for Russ's input. My name is Robbin
Meng, and it is my pleasure to work with you on this issue!
Please allow me to confirm that my understandings are correct. As I
understand it, the issue is:
You are having troubles with Outlook over Internet (RPC over HTTP) and
Active Sync over the Internet. The certificate is provided by GoDaddy SSL
certificate.
If I have misunderstood your concerns please feel free to let me know.
By the way, just now as I just test the URL:https://www.aoitconsulting.com/oma , I found the GoDaddy SSL certificate
has expired which is issued towww.aoitconsulting.com, please try to
contact the vendor to confirm it.
Russ has provided very good suggestions. To add some information, based on
my experience, this kind of issue may possibly be caused by wrong
configuration on Server or on the client. To double confirm the
configurations, you may need to finish the following steps on the SBS
server and client computer:
1. On the Windows Small Business Server 2003, run the Configure E-mail and
Internet Connection Wizard, please use the GoDaddy SSL certificate and MUST
make sure your mobile device support SSL certificates.
2. Configure an email profile for Outlook 2003 clients to use RPC over HTTP.
3. Test RPC virtual directory configuration from a Windows XP client or
Windows Vista.
For detailed steps, please refer to the following TechNet article:
How to Deploy RPC over HTTP for the First Time in Small Business Server
2003 (Standard or Premium)http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/bb123622.aspx
However, if the issue persists, if possible, you may create a test domain
account and I can test the RPC over HTTP on my side to check if I encounter
the same problem. At the same time, please let me know the latest error
messages if any on your Outlook client computer. If you are using Outlook
2007, please also try Outlook 2003.
Regarding the Active Sync issue, Ensure the user has installed the
3rd-party certificate on the mobile device:

Note: See Option B in Step 4.
Hope this helps. Also, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not
hesitate to let me know.
Thank you for your time and cooperation!
Best regards,
