See below.. I think you misspoke in your prior message. Your terminal server
isn't pointing to the right DNS IP address.
I ran gpresult on the SBS, TS and a client machine. I have also run
ipconfig /all on both the SBS and TS. Please find all information

I hope this helps, it doesn't really say much to me that I don't
already know.
I also want to point out that the client is an external client
connected to the network via the internet/router.
Hardware-based VPN, one presumes...
