Yes, it can co-exist. Check Susan's blog
(http://msmvps.com/blogs/bradley) for details on how to get it
recognized in RWW. As for the licensing server, you can put it on the
SBS box, or on the TS box. Doesn't really matter. Personally, I prefer
using the SBS box for it.
