What is the OS and SP level of the computer that you are using remotely?
Are ports 443 and 4125 open on the router and directed the sbs server?

Hello, I'm new to Remote Web Workplace and I'm having some trouble accessing
it from the outside. If I go to mail.company.com/remote, I am able to login.
I'm also able to get to the point where I see the PC's available to connect
to. However, once I choose a PC and then click connect, I sit at a white
screen for about 30 seconds and then receive an error saying "The remote
connection has timed out. Please try connecting to the remote computer
again." I checked to make sure that the user is in the RWW group. I also
verified that the computer allows remote connections. Please help!
