I strongly suggest that you consider dropping FrontPage and migrating to its successor Expression Web.

The main problem I've had with FP is that it tends to generate HTML that isn't standards compliant. If you know what you are doing then FrontPage is fine, because you can keep an eye on the HTML and correct it. To see what I mean put a page from your website through http://validator.w3.org/. Whilst may errors don't really matter, some can cause search bots to balk which will stop search engines from finding your site or parts of your site. Other errors may mean that your site looks fine in IE but awful in Firefox (although standards compliance and cross browser compatibility are different things). Probably not an issue for an intranet, but could be quite a problem for a public facing site.
