Without an MX record registered with our Webhosting service, of course we
would not be able to receive e-mail; servers wouldn't know where to find our

What of the situation where DNS, as configured on SBS, did not have an MX
record? What would be the result?

Try going through the logs and see what is happening to the
messages you try to sent. The should give clues about the problem

I am going to hit them up NOW. This is getting critical. I appreciate your
