ISA Server Capabilities for Reporting Traffic?

I have installed a few SBS 2003 R2 Premium setups and love the control of
network/internet traffic via ISA Server. What I'm curious about is do I
have the ability to log the internet traffic and produce some reports (even
customized ones I can create) that can tell me more about internet usage, at
a user level, such as times of traffic, what internet sites were hit, how
long were users at that site? I have one client who wants do some
monitoring of certain users to see if they are abusing their internet
privledges.
