Yep, uninstall via IE - the list of certs in there.
NOTE THOUGH (I didn't pick it up!) - Cliff's reply.
You'll actually need to create a new cert - it must match the URL you
are using to get to OWA/remote, i.e...
http://remote.mydomain.com
The cert you generate (just re-run the CEICW) must be:
remote.mydomain.com
