Considering the issue had been resolved, for the purpose to help other
people to get help from our experience, I would like to make a summary
here. If you have any further concern regard to this issue, feel free to
let me know.


Problem Description:
===================
Outbound emails are being delivered to exteranl users' Junk folder instead
of Inbox

Cause:
===================
Wrong network configuration and DNS records

Resolution:
===================
Opened up the firewall ports
ISP update MX record to point to the same IP as public web site.


Regarding your concern about what ports should and should not be opened in
my firewall for an SBS installation, I'd like you have a look at the
