What is the Millmaxnetwork.com site? Does it use the same IP address as the server and does it have a host header?

Were is the BPA tool, is it part of the SBS setup ? I have checked the
ASP.net version runing and its 1.1

I have restarted the server and still not working.

The sites I have running are:

Default Web site
Millmaxnetwork.com
WSUS Administration
Sharepoint Central Administration
Microsoft Sharepoint Administration
Companyweb
