control panel->add/remove programs->Windows Small Business Server 2003->Change button
From there you'll get the wizard and a list of components and their currentstatus. One component is the shared fax. Follow the wizard to install...

I guess not. How do I install it?

"Joel Z" <nowhere@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote in message news:udnQRKn1IHA.2384@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxI have an external modem that I installed to use under sbs faxing. It is installed on the operating system, but when I try to use the "Configure Fax Services" wizard it complains that I have "not shared the fax". I figured I would share it from the control panel under "printers and faxes". It does not appear here nor can I figure out how to add the fax. It is listed in the devices under Server Manager->Fax->Devices.
What am I missing?
