Hello Miguel,
Thank you for your post and thanks for all the helpful inputs.
My name is Gary Wang, and it is my pleasure to work with you on this issue!
Please allow me to confirm that my understandings are correct. As I
understand it, the issue is:
You want to know how to migrate your SBS 2003 server to new hardware.
If I have misunderstood your concerns please feel free to let me know.
Suggestion :
==============
Firstly, please understand that our Microsoft is unable to support
migrating SBS server by using third party software like SBSSwing. If you'd
like to using that solution, please contact the administrator directly.
Also, migrating server by using image from other third party software is
not in our support boundary.
Besides Larry and Charlie's great helpful inputs, I would like to share
some additional information. Below is an official document about how to
migrate SBS 2003 to new hardware. For your reference:

Hope it helps.
I look forward to your reply. Also, if you have any questions or concerns,
please do not hesitate to let me know. I am happy to help. :-)
Thank you for your time and cooperation!
Best regards,
Gary Wang(MSFT)

| The Swing Migration tookit is a combination of documentation, scripts and
| support that allows you to easily and safely move your SBS server to new
| hardware without requiring you to touch any of the clients or make any
other
| changes. So yes, the migration toolkit is a special way of doing it.
|
| As for having a replicated AD? certainly you can. Any AD should be
| replicated. The limitation is only that which I said - it can't move the
| FSMO roles off. But you can certainly have a replicated AD that allows
you
| to easily recover - that's one part of the swing migration, in fact.
