Backup strategy - looking for opinions

Hi All,

We're running SBS 2003 R2 w/exchange plus SQL and Web servers joined to
domain.

I'm going to be using Backup Exec for sbs, exchange, & sql. Hardware will be
Dell power vault with 2 media 120/240GB hard drives.

My thought was to run full backups every night and keep the previous day's
media off site. I also thought of doing a differential at 7am and an 12 noon
just for exchange and SQL that would append to the previous nights backup.

Please give constructive criticism or any additional thoughts to consider.
Thanks alot everyone. I really appreciate the help.

kind regards,
-mike
