Folder Redirection NOT Working! Help!

Running SBS 2003 R2 on the server and Windows XP Pro on workstations.

I created a new Group Policy and setup Folder Redirection and Roaming Profiles, but it is not working. When I check the RSOP, I don't see my policies as the winning policies (certain policies) and for the Folder Redirection, I see error messages.

I see error messages like:
Group Policy Infrastructure failed due to the error listed below.
The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.
Note: Due to the GP Core failure, none of the other Group Policy components processed their policy. Consequently, status information for the other components is not available.

and...
Denied GPOs

Folder Redirection does NOT appear under any of the GPOs listed specifically.

Please help.
