No. I have it in my binder but was going to use it once I had it installed. Can't get it installed.

I am unable to install the Fax Services tool. I re-built the server a month
or so ago and this is the last item I am trying to bring on-line. I've
already applied Windows Server SP2, Exchange Server 2003 SP2, and SBS SP1.

I watched the Application Log as it was installing and saw the drivers load,
service load, start and enter the running state, then I got an Application
Error, EventID: 1004 "Reporting queued error: faulting application
setup.exe, version 5.2.2893.0, faulting module suitehelp.dll, version
5.2.2893.0, fault address 0x0004ae45."

I googled the fault address, but didn't see anything specifically about
installing the Fax Services tool. But, I wonder if SBS SP1 is part of the
answer.

Any ideas on what I can try?
