Is there a device like a Linksys nat router between your Internet connection and the SBS? Sometimes those devices only support a limited number of simultaneous VPN connections.
Otherwise, can you please post the details of the 721 error, including where you're seeing it and the text? I checked eventid.net and it appears that the only 721 there refers to Exchange.
Along these lines, where do you have the VPN terminating: at the server via port forwarding or at the router?

I've got a problem with a VPN connection. I try to connect to my
server from outside network and I manage to do it only from one
computer at a time. When I try to connect to the VPN from more than
one computer from this network I get the error code of 721.
It seems to me that I the server doesn't accept more than one
connection from a single public IP. What can I do with it?

F.
