Hi
I named machines different. I add RedHat to a domain. I have confirmation, I
can see users structure and I have communication with AD.
I can also use wbinfo -a WINDOWSDOMAIN+domainuser%userpassword
this command is succesful:
When I restart PC and try to login from login page the AD blocks my acount.

Event Source: NETLOGON
Event Category: None
Event ID: 5723
Date: 6/12/2008
Time: 11:52:07 AM
User: N/A
Computer: SERVER1
Description:
The session setup from computer 'REDHAT' failed because the security
database does not contain a trust account 'REDHAT$' referenced by the
specified computer.
USER ACTION
If this is the first occurrence of this event for the specified computer and
account, this may be a transient issue that doesn't require any action at
this time. Otherwise, the following steps may be taken to resolve this
problem:
If 'REDHAT$' is a legitimate machine account for the computer 'REDHAT', then
'REDHAT' should be rejoined to the domain.
If 'REDHAT$' is a legitimate interdomain trust account, then the trust
should be recreated.
Otherwise, assuming that 'REDHAT$' is not a legitimate account, the
following action should be taken on 'REDHAT':
If 'REDHAT' is a Domain Controller, then the trust associated with 'REDHAT$'
should be deleted.
If 'REDHAT' is not a Domain Controller, it should be disjoined from the
domain.

Any idea?
If you have the same machine name it won't work - you need to give them
different names.

I am configuring Red Hat machines to add them to a DOMAIN. It seems to
work correctly in linux point of view.
I have got one mashine with 2 systems on it Ms XP pro and Red Hat.
When I boot the machine fom Ms XP pro everything works fine. When I boot
this machine as the Red Hat I can add it to a domain but I cant login
from the front screen (GNOM).
After that If I cant login to the domain under Ms XP. In logs I have
netlogon errors:
