Take a look at Geminare (www.geminare.com)
These guys contacted me about 18 months ago, but I've never actually used them, so I can't speak to any details. It's worth at least taking a look at them though . . .

Anyone setup a completely, automatic, fail over of SBS from one site to
an alternative site?
I can get the T1 circuits to port to the recovery site, but I've not
seen anything that duplicates ALL settings/data from one server to
another, real time....
